Today on the 2nd anniversary of the Cumbre Vieja volcano in La Palma they inaugurated the finished La Laguna-Las Norias road across the flows. A world first with heat resistant, carbon capture design with the diggers that met at the centre forming a heart preserved for posterity.

En route to La Palma once again. Sadly there are limited direct flights for now, but if you’re headed to the Isla Bonita consider flying to #GranCanaria first - tickets often cheaper + changeover is soooo much easier than Madrid or Tenerife if you are flying on a U.K. passport 😅
