Keep seeing comments on this new added time rule change. It’s maybe not as drastic as everyone is making out. An average PL game is 98 mins. A change to 105 mins is a 7% increase. Average EPT is 54 mins. This could increase to 58 mins. Meaning only an extra 4min EPT per game.

Question for my ⚽️ sports med followers: I know it is tradition in US college women's ⚽️ for the substitutes to stand the entire game, but this seems sub-optimal for recovery and readiness. Any studies or thoughts on this? @soccersportsmed @ScienceInSoccer @JasonAvedesian

@RICH_AgilityLab I really like the “T shaped practitioner” concept. Everyone should have a good broad understanding of multiple disciplines but a unique depth of knowledge in a specific area.
