I can see it now… A new psychosocial hazard where staff have anxious responses when one…two… 10… 20+ emails land at precisely 7am or 8am on Monday morning… Enough to throw anyone off balance, regardless of the profession or workforce… 🤔🤔🤔

Hmmm I now have 16 emails with delayed delivery for various times on Monday and honestly guys are we sure that’s better than just hitting ‘send’ when it’s written…? 🤨

Love how you can schedule MS Teams chat messages so it notifies colleagues during work hours. Can someone let me know if it’s possible to do the same with MS Teams channel posts?

@ryannoonan5 Having felt similar in the past, the best thing I did was take some time off and get a job in a completely different type of school (Distance Ed.). Still a school, but so different to any other.

We were told in DCO training the other day we can create an account with our @education (Google) email accounts.

In less than 12 months, I have over 30 years of teaching experience leave just 1 faculty in 1 school because of the pay and conditions. More are looking at leaving. Today’s announcement is not going to help retain or replace them. #HonourtheDeal. @ChrisMinnsMP @pruecar

@r_nd_rgh It is easy to do the initial deletion unfortunately. People delete things instead of unsyncing them. Also easy but annoying to get them out of the recycling bin.

Dear Twitter, drove my new BYD Atto EV to Canberra. We cannot find a charging station anywhere that is operational and non Tesla. We checked our hotel had them but they failed to tell us for Tesla only. Can anyone help? This is everything you worry about when u buy an EV!

I made the call earlier this week to read the signs and take leave for the remainder of term to be proactive about my own physical and mental wellbeing. Our staff’s response when staff recognition time came around this Friday: #loveourschool

@andrewbogut They are returning to partial learning from home due to the number of staff and students absent. A better idea I think than continuing to collapse classes and have the kids sit outside with minimal supervision.

Not that the DoE doesn't know but I thought this would be a great place to collect a list of workload that has not been considered since "Teaching Service Act 1980"
