Year 5 have had a fantastic day @scienceatlife ! They have enjoyed participating in the “Our Place in Space” workshop in the planetarium, experiencing working on the ISS & Mission Control, exploring the centre and they even watched a super science show! 🌍

Newcastle's @scienceatlife opens up the world of science to young people from all walks of life. As an engineer from an impoverished background, I know how vital science and discovery centres are in sparking curiosity and opportunity across the North East.
