I hate that so many people- in their 30s- that I know are struggling at the moment. And not with small things- things like finding somewhere to rent, finding somewhere affordable to rent, finding work. These are people with degrees, masters, phds.

My brain really is running at 100mph right now. Way too many thoughts all at once. It's so noisy in my head! #mentalhealthchat

A few years ago I was just making it through my days. I even found going out for dinner hard at one point. I couldn't travel. Anxiety was at a all time high. This a reminder that anyone can do it, be kind to yourself and go at your own pace ❤️

Some things I did in 2023 that past me wouldn't have believed I did: - went on date(s) with girl(s) - went to a conference, abroad, by myself - bridesmaid at my sisters wedding (big events used to freak me out) -visited Edinburgh with my friend - started accepting me 🥰
