Today we are releasing our summer "twist" on Hickster Cream Ale, Blood Orange Hickster. Available in pints, 4 oz tastings, crowlers and growlers. Be sure to stop by and give this a one try!

Tonight we have El Chido Street Taco (6-9PM) keeping you fueled up for Taproom Trivia (7-9PM). We are also releasing "Exiled Peach" - barrel aged in a peach rye Koval barrel. Available in the taproom. Please let us know what you think of this crafty spin on Exiled Angel.

Tonight we have our Cesaroni Real Pit BBQ starting at 5:30 and Taproom Trivia starting at 7:00. Be sure to ask Cesaroni Real Pit BBQ about their "Piggy Mac" which is mac & cheese and pulled pork, all topped with their BBQ sauce.

We are excited to announce "mixed" 4 packs to go, available through purchase in the taproom only. This gives our customers the option of trying several different beers for their take home orders.

Here's what's happening this week at Scorched Earth Brewing. We have a jam packed week with awesome food options from Thursday through Sunday. To pair up with a heavy dose of tacos, we are also releasing our "El 'Rita Gose" on Friday.

Saturday we have our "Yoga and a Beer" starting at 11:00 AM. A 1 hour yoga session and a pint of beer for $20!

Burgers from Chef BnB Eats (5-8 PM) and our Bavarian Style Hefeweizen "HEFE'N IT" is back! What a great way to kick off the weekend tonight at Scorched Earth Brewing Co. We hope to see you in the taproom!

Batting 2nd in our 2022 Crosstown Showdown IPA Fan Face-Off, we have our North Side IPA. This New England Style IPA won Rookie of the Year (ROY) honors back in '21. Available starting today in 4-packs and on draft. Be sure to stop by the taproom to try this one!

Hey Chicago Waddya Say is available starting today. This completely crushable German Style Helles lager with aromas of fresh baked bread, pepper and flower rise through the fluffy head of foam. Sweet, malty flavors bubble up with the carbonation and finish with a soft mouthfeel.
