Beth Morrison is a parent, campaigner and founder of PABSS. Alongside Kate Sanger, they have inspired and worked tirelessly to raise awareness of restraint and seclusion in schools which has followed in the recent passing of the Restraint and Seclusion (Scotland) Bill.

'The children are not naughty. They are just scared.' These are the words that helped change the law in Scotland.

Following the announcement of the National Review of ASL (the McManus Review), the Scottish Assembly of Parents and Carers has written to the Cabinet Secretary for Education to offer support and to highlight the importance of parents' and carers 'involvement in the review.
