Everyone else's mobile phone charges are going down. In the UK they are going through the roof. Zero regulation like Energy, Food, Water, Insurance, Rent... They just rip you off as much as they like and the Government does nothing.

The frankly unhinged media and political commentary around Murrell's actions are symptomatic of a more serious issue. As SNP's opponents lose hope of ever winning, they (and media out of boredom) seek to undermine Scottish Institutions: Parliament, Law etc. That's more insidious.

Scottish nationalism (or nationalism of any form, in my view) whips up grievance and division, destroys the notion of solidarity, and threatens the goal of shared (positive) values. It was the perfect breeding ground for the various scandals and disasters of the past few years.
