@MikeTappTweets The problem was that too many people believed Labour’s lies. That’s why we’re not n this huge mess created by Labour. People now just don’t believe you anymore.

@narindertweets @implausibleblog What would you have done? It’s easy on hindsight but at the time we were in untested and unknown territory Starmer wanted more and tougher lockdowns. Furlough actually helped millions of people and saved many thousands of small companies from going bust.

@implausibleblog You will never ever convince me that lockdowns were of any benefit My kids were gcse covid years.. RUINED education, life and the heaviest tax burdens on them for the rest of their lives as a result of bs furlough and loans The whole thing was an economic disaster

Maybe if we hadn't locked up healthy young people like animals in a cage during lockdowns and successive governments didn't keep pandering to a pensioner vote and actually HELPED youngsters we wouldn't be in this god awful mess.

@narindertweets Nobody was locked like animals in cages during lockdown - total gaslighting If the Labour government stopped pandering to Muslims because they desperately need their vote, more help would be available to both youth and pensioners.

‼️ Starmer adopting Theresa May’s Brexit red lines doomed his premiership and Britain 🇬🇧 It is like dumping your partner, then trying to win back all the benefits of the relationship: shared home, finances, security, social circle, while refusing any real commitments or responsibilities. Of course the EU is saying no. You can’t cherry-pick the perks after walking away. The reset was doomed from the start - having watched Theresa May’s Failure, he’s decided to repeat it. Ten years of the same Brexit argument on repeat. We left the single market 👉complained about the consequences 👉tried a timid “reset” with red lines intact 👉got rejected by the EU for cherry-picking 👉repeat. FFS.

The economies of France, German and most EU countries is more on their knees - is that down to Brexit as well? We are feeling the effects of Covid, the war in Ukraine and now the war in Iran as well as the highest taxation in recent history. There is no way higher taxes will improve services.

@narindertweets The economy is on its knees , partly due to Brexit , where is all the investment going to come from , the only answer to better services is higher taxes for all

Open to massive fraud, the normalisation of working over 40hrs a week until your 99yo, scrapping minimum wage and at the expense of privatisating the NHS. Not to mention Trump did the same. You still pay tax on the overtime at flat rate... The savings are negligible. But you know that.
Zia Yusuf@ZiaYusufUK

🚨Important policy announcement: Britain was built on the hard graft of people who go the extra mile. A Reform government will ABOLISH income tax on hours worked beyond 40 hours a week, for incomes below £75,000 a year. It’s time to REWARD hard work, not punish it! 🇬🇧

You really do talk completely rubbish most of the time. Reform have clearly said they will not privatise the NHS. Remember, Tony Blair privatised more of the NHS than anyone. Has no one explained to you that one of the reasons we have such high youth unemployment is because Companies can’t afford to pay these high “minimum rates” on top of the rises on NI rates. Reform has not said it will scrap minimum wage - but they will reduce the current increases recently imposed by Labour.

My issue with this is..Carol seems to forget (or perhaps didn't know) How a reform councillor was still elected AFTER he said he was glad a sikh woman had been raped. @reformparty_uk @Nigel_Farage failed to condemn this. Why does she think she will get an apology?

CAROL VORDERMAN has just dropped a video on Instagram publicly calling for Robert Kenyon to apologise and calls him a "creep". She goes on to to say he doesn't deserve to be in Parliament or Reform. I personally think he thoroughly deserves Reform as they do him.

@MikeTappTweets Labour say they have a plan - they are now on about their 5th “new” plan. Net immigration may well be down but immigration itself is actually up. Illegal immigration is up. Stop gaslighting!

Reform don't have a plan and while they squabble amongst themselves, the Government is actually bringing down immigration. The Reform rag tag are in chaos, making it up as they go along.
Zia Yusuf@ZiaYusufUK

Robert’s answer is not Reform policy. As the person responsible for our deportation plan I want ensure people know where we stand: If a foreign national lives in social housing at taxpayer expense, they automatically fail our economic test and will be deported.

@NDIronsMP It doesn’t affect the cost of living. The price remains as it is. If you really wanted to help you could very easily reduce the VAT on fuel, especially while prices are so high. STOP GASLIGHTING.

Labour has announced that the 5p cut on fuel duty will be extended for the rest of the year. I know a lot of my constituents are feeling cost-of-living pressures, so I’m pleased this government is keeping pump prices down in response.

No it’s you and all those that don’t accept democracy that have caused chaos. Can you explain why our economy - despite Labour - is doing better than the economies of the majority of EU member countries? You answer many posts of people responding to you - but never to questions like this.

🔴 Neil Kinnock on rejoining the EU: “I don’t think either of them yet understand what a gigantic task of negotiation it’s going to be… There are now no open arms in the EU.” He warns they won’t risk another Farage-style government wanting out again, so it’ll be a real “enervating slog”. Oh great … Lammy wants criminals under the age of 25 to be treated as CHILDREN. So if a 24 year old sexually assaults someone, it’s because they are just a child and didn’t know any better. This is going to work out so well isn’t it? Utterly bonkers 🤡

I see our Labour government like a house. Lots of rooms, lots of people. It would appear that someone wants to move into the house. That’s ok, people come, people go. But he should not think about taking over the house, it’s the house that Keir built! #TenYearKeir

@Paul_Hatchwell @LizWebsterSBF I believe the UK economy needs to fall further behind than it has to date, before the UK public will accept the freedom of movement that will be necessary to make that possible. That may happen sooner than many people think.

Trump & Vance need to stop meddling in British politics and fix their own country. Here’s a message back from the UK: we don’t want your division, conspiracy politics or MAGA culture wars. And we don’t want unarmed civilians shot in our streets. Britain is better than that.
