The polls look bad for Scottish Labour, but it would not take much to tip the scales. Pro-UK tactical voting in the FPTP seats for Labour is conceivable and would be a game changer. You don't need to be the largest party at Holyrood to form a Government.

SIF is extremely sad to report the death of our founder and chairman Willie Wilson. Willie was an academic and businessman & also a lifelong campaigner for Scottish independence. SIF will honour Willie’s memory by continuing to raise & distribute funds for our movement.

@xzllkx We have no need to justify ourselves to you. If you don't like the current constitutional arrangements then I advise you to campaign for Scotland to leave the UK. The majority will happily oblige.

Scotland has same population to Yorkshire. Yorkshire has 15 councils. Scotland has 32 with CEOs earning up to £220k and many staff earning over £100k Scotland has a devolved assembly, Quangos costing 100s of £millions and does no better than Yorkshire. Why ?

@lornamckain1 No *knowledgeable* person in the council told you this … as it is not true. Post it this weekend and it will arrive in plenty of time (ie, safest method). Take it to the polling and the voter suppression laws introduced by the Tories mean you have to fill in a 2-page form!
