Why's Maynard trying all these ham-fisted apologies if he doesn't think he's done anything wrong? Apologies and displays of remorse look pretty hollow if you then front up to the Tribunal and plead not guilty.

Played a little bit. Hadn’t disposed before Maynard left the terra firma but that doesn’t support your emotional view does it. Once Maynard is in mid air on a forward trajectory and Brayshaw is running in the opposite direction a collision of sorts was more likely than not. It’s all about the luck in the contact which was absolutely accidental in my view.

@FOXFOOTY 100% absolute crap. Also a 50m penalty is way too severe.. maybe a 25m penalty if there HAS to be one. He tried to reign it in and I think we are asking way too much of the players to not have any emotion or get frustrated. High pressure sport. Very unfair

@DanielCherny Ridiculous that pretty much all vflw games were played at a time that clashed with the aflw grand final. So can imagine in Adelaide the chunk of womens football fans not able to go due to local sport commitments.

16K is not horrendous but on the back of 53K three years ago it is a bit of a cause for concern.

I h8 seeing this. Comments with no other purpose than 2 bring someone down. @sarahperkins28 has a pretty inspiring story & like many women in this comp has gone through a lot to get to where she is. Watch her forward pressure, field kicks and skill with the footy, she belongs 💕

@sarahperkins28 @Steph_Chiocci Keep fighting the good fight perks. Like @Steph_Chiocci said, these people must have the most miserable lives to have to get their kicks this way. You get your kicks out on the AFLW field and some men feel emasculated by that. Specially when they see you roost it 60 👌🏻

@alphaINTEL Allow for bigger team squads so you can play with all your mates on the same team if they are on. Instead of it only being trio’s. That would be sick. Also Add leave penalties.
