@ukreal1 Hi, it’s a 20 minute initial application to neutralise the yellow. Then you use as a 2 minute conditioner after every wash or so to maintain. :)

@ScottCornwall the instructions are confusing - is it 20 mins then a ‘further’ 20 mins or 20 mins TOTAL - cheers

@gemsdean Have you clarified it well before use? As if your hair is quite light it should take, but barriers could be blocking it getting in. Best Scott

@VivienneNewt0n Hi I can promise you there is, but once the product leaves the warehouse and goes in store there could be any reason why elements are missing from products.

@ScottCornwall I’ve used it now. Just a shame that for a kit that has quite a high price tag there is no quality checking process.

@ScottCornwall very unhappy my Decolour box didn’t contain the Precolour Clarifier treatment. I got two sets of instructions and gloves instead 😢 I can’t go back to the shop due to mobility issues, I just hope it works without, but I thought these boxes would be checked ?!

@sutherland_iona Hi did you use them in conjunction one after the other or at different times (like first was 8 weeks ago)

@ScottCornwall can you please advise. First box of this mixture was green and stripped blue amazingly. Second box mixture is white and isn’t lifting anything. Correct products mixed both times

@Kirsty_Lynch_90 Hair colour removers contain a reduction agent that smells of sulphur. It’s the same as you find it in perms. I know it smells but that smell is doing a job and reversing the permanent colour result in the hair. Best Scott
