there were actually two bugs during this point, the one you reported which is purely a visual glitch where the frontend did not properly display the round on the crash page, then theres the actual game breaking exploit that we had to turn off crash for. both of these aren't linked to each other we manually reviewed the sessions you played and claimed to have cashed out (getting user inputs & packets the server received) which never logged the cashout attempt you said happened you placed the bet at 13:17:27 UTC and then there's no button presses until 13:17:50 where you 2x and then bet again what you experienced was an annoying visual glitch that we were in the process of fixing. someone just happened to find an exploit on the game very soon afterwards which required us to take it down

CAD$ 100 Giveaway for spreading this awareness post about this broken casino. Couple of days ago, was playing crash on duel and it marked my cash out as a loss as seen in the video. After reporting, support said its just a visual bug, and then removed crash from their site for a good 3days. After that was playing crash again and same shit happened where they knew their site is broken they didn't fix it. It's not about money here, its about spreading awareness how some casinos work. Not the first time I got scammed by them (ofc they paid me before because I called them ou in public.) Now its on you guys if you wanna keep on playing here or na.. Videos in comments. Spread it so others don't get scammed. I will stick with playing on @Duelbits or @Stake i love how duel and monarch say that "rewards are a gimmick" - but they literally offer nothing rewarding except the same old "zero edge" larp to customers. why would anyone want to play on a casino, with mentally unstable staff, no social media presence, and a bunch of controversies. oh, that's right, buzzword marketing lol

Just when I thought I couldn’t hate Monarch more. Guy announces a “Zero Edge” slot on Duel and a “Zero Edge” live blackjack game. You can’t just slap zero edge on something and call it revolutionary. It’s the same type of marketing buzzword as “provably fair,” which is already a running joke in this industry. Slapping ‘zero edge’ on a game doesn’t magically make it innovative. Without real transparency around in house server seeds that can be manipulated in the house’s favor, it’s hard for players to know what they’re actually getting. Nobody should touch them with a 10 foot pole. Probably fair is mostly a scam. There are some exceptions that actually implement true provably fair but most casinos slap the label on and have no idea what it means. I can’t believe this guy used to be one of my heroes. He’s blatantly launching garbage and he knows it. His team behind the scenes is trash and he admits it, and Duel has only gone downhill ever since Ossi got perma banned on Twitter. He was the only one carrying marketing and all things Duel on his back. Right now there’s no truly superior product in this space except Stake and honestly, that’s pretty disappointing.

I feel this disappointment hard. It sucks when someone you looked up to starts prioritizing hype over real transparency and quality. The fall-off since Ossi left is noticeable, and the industry needs better than buzzwords. Thanks for saying what a lot of us are thinking. I hope things turn around or better options rise up.

broken trust where? out of all the casinos available i think it’s safe to say Duel is at the top of transparency… unsure what this “broken trust” is tbh Duel offers complete guides to the originals and what makes them provably fair (the math, seeds, gameplay, combinations, etc). ur comment is larp for larps sake

Alright @MonkeyTilt @senortilt Since no one really cares how serious this is, let me explain.. YOU DON'T EVER GIVE THE SERVER SEED THAT WAS USED. YOU CANNOT VERIFY ANYTHING. ITS NOT PROVABLY FAIR This is the most basic function.. verifying your bets It BLOWS MY MIND that not a SINGLE PERSON has tried to verify their bets here You link provablyfair(dot)me.. but guess what?! They don't even list you on the site!! and to have support say "Ok so from what I can see you would need to used the hashed seed first and then it will show you the unhashed one after" BRUUUUUUUUH

Yo @MonkeyTilt we gotta talk about your provably fair system I tried to check the bets that I made but... I can't. You never reveal the server seed after you rotate to a new seed I asked your support team where I could find the unhashed server seed, and it didn't go so well. It's actually quite comical You can fix this pretty easily by showing users the seed that was used when they check their previous bets, but without that, it's not provably fair
