Today would normally be a #blog post day but I’m punting it to later this week on behalf of #Halloween. I want to enjoy all the amazing costumes coming across my feed plus add a few of my own! 💀👻🎃

Also, before she said I was only going to get sicker and die, she saw me move my leg and told me I was so strong! I guess what I’m saying is I wanted to come clean and be 100% honest.

I didn’t feel good about yesterday’s post. I was feeling down and caught off guard by Iris talking about death for the first time. The truth is her therapy has been super helpful in her understanding of what’s happening to me… (1/2)

#TBT to last Halloween where I was still cool cause I could talk and go really fast. Cut to last night and Iris matter ‘o factly told me I was only going to get sicker and then die. The therapy is working. 😭

Thank you @Mayuri_Saxena for your thoughtful gift! My #ALS warrior friend got me a kit to make molds of my hands or my and my girls’ hands holding. Which do you recommend?

As a kid, I remember Pres Clinton saying bc of Pedro Zamora, we all knew someone who was living with AIDS.@ScottFightsALS @bsw5020 are that for me with ALS. Michael J does it with Parkinson’s. Showing one’s life makes us all better. It’s important work. Many thanks. @JuddWinick

@ScottFightsALS I remember when a friend of mine became a widow much too young and she told me how he made a tool kit for her with the name of every tool and what it was for. I remember thinking how selfless and how much love he had inside him. What you’re doing is beautiful. 💜
