What a WIN for Team USA Hockey!! On the 46th anniversary of the Miracle on Ice, USA defeats Canada in OT. Their first Gold Medal since the 1980 Olympic Games. Congratulations to you all!

Interesting night for the Women… I am in suspense going into the Free Skate!

So excited for the Women’s Short Program tonight in Milan! I have a feeling it will be very competitive.

Please forgive me that in all the shock experienced last night, I didn’t congratulate the 2026 Olympic Gold Medalist Mikhail Shaidorov! On a rough night for his peers he stood strong and victorious! Mikhail, you were the clear winner last night. Congratulations!

One performance should never define anyone. A good one or a disappointing one. Ilia Malinin is a class act and someone I greatly admire! As badly as I feel for him tonight, I know he will respond with strength, courage, and dignity. We all love you Ilia!

Ran into some Olympic royalty last night at Winter House. Paul Wylie, Karen Heiden, Eric Heiden, and AJ Mlexczko. Medal count 7 Golds & 2 Silvers! Not bad considering that Eric is responsible for 5 of those Golds. No one will ever win EVERY single Speed Skating race like he did.

Phenomenal night of Ice Dance at #MilanoCortinaOlympics2026 Congratulations to all the skaters on a magnificent event. I’m especially proud of Madison Chock and Evan Bates for delivering one of their all-time greatest performances.

Kenny Morrow was one of the ALL TIME GREATS at BGSU! For him to be such a dominant force at the 1980 Olympics helped the Miracle On Ice team to secure Gold. Then to go straight to 4 straight Stanley Cups with the Islanders more than says it all. And on top of all that, he is one of the most humble and kind superstars you will ever meet. I have the utmost respect for him, and am so happy to see the Islanders celebrating him.
