but i find that as i get father away from an era of my life, i no longer cringe at old photos of myself, or want to rewrite moments or songs or conversations. at some point you just stop the linear thinking. you just reflect. no judgment or moralization.
nine years ago today this album came out and changed my life in a million ways. it gave me something to sing every night to rooms filled with loving people, mostly songs about my now wife and the little room i rented in montreal so we could be in the same city.
