Snowfall has begun falling in parts of the lower Hudson Valley. Most will be too warm for snow, with mainly 1-1.25" of rain expected. However, we are expecting 2-4" of snow for Orange county and 1-3" for W Passaic, Putnam, N Westchester, N Fairfield, N New Haven counties.
