Finishing a 📝 for @MetroWestSports on Milford’s Mason Baldic. The football senior captain weighed 175 pounds in April 2021 but over the past 18 months he’s beefed up to 240. The defensive end has been a big part of Milford’s 4-0 start. Here’s a glimpse of his transformation.
