We're seeing this now with NYC East Midtown Rezoning program. This program, a model for successful public-private partnerships, has paved the way for some of the City’s newest and most modern office buildings, such as SL Green’s One Vanderbilt and the new JP Morgan Building.

The human toll inflicted on the innocent because of the terrorist’s actions is beyond heartbreaking, and we pray that peace comes to the region soon.
