Why is the OTC (and small caps) so slow right now? Stuff that has already broken their 2021/ATH levels: Nasdaq, S&P, Dow, Bitcoin and Gold Stuff that is trading at/near 2+ year highs but still somewhat removed from their 2021/ATH levels: IWM (small caps), IWC (micro caps), IBB (Biotechs), and GDX/GDXJ (miners, junior miners) Capital has been flooding bitcoin, gold and big board stocks (especially the Mag7), and slowly but surely it's also been pouring over into the smaller markets and more volatile stuff. The Nirvana of a market that was 2021 didn't become that way for us degenerate gamblers until stuff like small cap, micro caps and biotech were all hitting their all time highs. Pull up any of these charts and you'll see they're just a modest jump away from testing/triggering those all time highs again, and based on how much capital has flooded the bigger stuff the flows should get spectacular when these are hitting ATHs. IMO don't get too distraught with this OTC/ small cap market. Despite the recent shake out this month, these seem dead set on pushing towards ATHs and triggering a second Nirvana phase for fun stuff, ie 2021 chapter 2 is still 100% on the schedule.
