I got simple, but great advice from the @MicrosoftEDU team about keeping our digital meeting sanity. Hour long mtgs should be 45 mins w/ 15 min break. 30 min meetings should be 25 mins w/ a 5 min break. This is self-care. Hey @AWSP_Principals, fix your schedules next week! #waedu

No I mean SW Ohio. My parents divorced when I was 8 and I moved several times until I finally stopped moving in 9th grade and stayed at Centerville. I went to 6 different schools from 2nd grade through 8th grade.

This has been a concern of ours for the last few years w/ increasing demands, more trauma, fewer resources, and pay compression. Your numbers speak the truth facing school leaders now and in the future. This should be a collective urgency in our system! @AWSP_Principals #waedu

The last 2 yrs, the # of participants in admin prep programs across the region is down. A LOT. I don't have precise numbers (do you @Scott_AWSP?) but it's a growing concern. We must ensure that all students, staff, and families are served by well prepared leaders. @HpsLeadership
