I like Röhl but his refusal, like several other recent Rangers managers, to even say the word Celtic is embarrassing. Stupid comments from McCowan which are now inevitably being used as narrative bait

Reminder that Inter had 12 points after four matchdays in the league phase. Bodo had 2. Chivu seems oddly out his depth for someone who's absolutely coasting Serie A in his first full season as a manager, but maybe that tells you the nick the league's in

Don't get me wrong, they could easily drop points at Killie on Sunday and find themselves in a massive hole. But to throw another shit horror film analogy at it, it feels like shooting Michael Myers once and being like: "Sound, he's DEFINITELY dead, nothing to worry about there"

A terrifying run of games to dive into with a 💩 away record, dodgy GK, no CB depth and a load of unproven loanees, but on the other hand Celtic would already be out of contention in all three comps if not for MON. Look at that way and everything's a bonus.. What a bizarre season

Collectively Araujo/Cvanvara/Adamu/Mvuka made 30 starts in 1st half of the season, Adamu alone accounts for 14. Engels & Kuhn aside it's hard to remember the last time Celtic signed anyone on an upward trajectory who's getting a game (unless playing in a relatively minor league)

For all the flak he gets Engels is a 22yo full Belgian international with 35 G/A in 1.5 seasons for Celtic, who's saved his best performances for the bigger opponents (Bayern). The level of clubs interested is telling. But Celtic can afford to wait till summer to sell

Looks like the 6.5m Frosinone want for Ghedjemis would be their 3rd biggest sale - #1 and #2 went on to get Italy caps. A lot of money for a guy who's came out of nowhere and isn't particularly young, but as with Tounetki, Celtic are probably gonna have to pay the desperation tax

Just pitiful from Celtic with what was at stake. Couldn't create or keep the ball for more than 2 seconds. Gave away 4,000 setpieces against the best setpiece team in the league. Sulked & stropped about the shithousery from the likes of Findlay rather than standing up to it..
