@thameswater Hi Connor, I’ve just spoken on the phone to someone. The whole area did not have water for over a week, nothing! And Thames water is claiming our supply was off for 12hrs to avoid paying compensation.

@thameswater the water supply was out for 7 days in Feb and you are telling me it wasn’t and giving compensation for 12hrs when it should be for 6 full days! SE20 issue anyone else had the same problem. Worst customer service ever

@thameswater @m91mo We have no water. This is getting out of hand now. This is day 5 for us. What are the timelines? How long does this take to rebuild to normal? You said this yesterday

@thameswater Travelled all the way to this site to no water and told the site was now closed and no more deliveries. This is the worst emergency planning I have ever seen. Surely the one thing you have a plan for is no water.
