The family's first visit to @LEGOLANDWindsor was a total disaster. We had staff passes and were told to just turn up on the day. Parks full and only Pre Paid allowed in. Told no redundancy for our or Annual passes. 8hr round trip and £100 for nothing and wife and kids in tears.
