There is no fixed 2% commission sitting there. Pay is set endogenously and is part of the cost of generating the PnL, not a slice you can just hand to shareholders.

Trading PnL is accounting profit, not cash sitting in a vault. Before anything could go to shareholders, it gets absorbed.
