Do not buy from Dr. Maki’s, he is a fraud and I have copies of all our correspondence. I trusted him and sent $325 with my order. He never shipped but first said the shipment was on its way. This went on over several days. $325 is not big to me, but to someone really needing help this would be despicable. From what I know the products are good, but run not walk away from this phony.

I don't know about your first two statements but I will challenge you on the horse paste. A standard 6.08-gram tube of horse paste with 1.87% ivermectin contains approximately 113.7 mg of ivermectin in total. To calculate: •1.87% ivermectin means 18.7 mg per 1 gram of paste. •6.08 grams × 18.7 mg/g = 113.7 mg of ivermectin per tube.

@canceledmouse I can't seem to reply to your comment about my sister in-law. Yes, she had stage 2 triple negative breast cancer. She did one incomplete round of chemo & radiation. As soon as it showed success, she stopped even before the round was finished. She started IVM Fen.

***IVERMECTIN HORSE PASTE DOSAGE*** I see a lot of people asking about the dosing of the Ivermectin Horse Paste, so I figured I'd share some information. I am not a doctor, just using basic math with the help of AI. The concentration of ivermectin in most horse paste formulations is 1.87%. This means there are 18.7 mg of ivermectin per 1 gram of paste. For example, a standard 6.08-gram syringe contains about 113.7 mg of ivermectin in total. There are 27 lines/grooves on the syringe. Each one of those lines would be 4.2 mg So, to keep it simple - each one of those small lines/grooves is about 4 mg. I hope this helps...

The Canadian government has admitted that Covid mRNA “booster” shots triggered a major surge in deaths among people who received the “vaccines.” The sickening admission was made in a report from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). In a parliamentary response, the PHAC’s report reveals that deaths spike dramatically in individuals who were “boosted” with a third and fourth Covid mRNA “vaccine.”Citizens who were “boosted” suffered far higher mortality compared to the unvaccinated, the PHAC response reveals. A parliamentary inquiry by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall posed several questions to the PHAC. The questions were regarding delays and inconsistencies in Statistics Canada’s reporting on excess mortality data. The inquiry also requested statistical information on COVID-19 deaths by vaccination status from June 2022 to Sep 2022. In response, PHAC informed MP Wagantall on September 16, 2024, that between June and August 2022, death rates surged among “boosted” citizens. Deaths were dramatically higher in those who had received two, three, and four doses of Covid mRNA vaccines compared to the unvaccinated, the report revealed. PHAC previously argued that as vaccine effectiveness waned, an increase in deaths among those who had received two doses (the primary series) was expected. The agency insisted that it was expected, given that the majority of the population had been vaccinated with two doses. However, only a small percentage of Canadians chose to receive a fourth dose. The fourth dose, or “booster” shot, was being offered during the time period of MP Wagantall’s request, making it impossible for PHAC to apply the same argument. The data that PHAC provided in its response was for the period from June to September 2022. Between June 13 and 27, 2022, the average weekly deaths were 23.3 among unvaccinated individuals, 73.3 among fully vaccinated individuals with one additional dose, and 144 among fully vaccinated individuals with two or more additional doses. From July 4 to 18, 2022, unvaccinated deaths averaged 13 per week, compared to 63 deaths among fully vaccinated individuals with one additional dose and 20 deaths among those with two or more additional doses. From July 25 to August 29, 2022, the average weekly deaths among unvaccinated individuals were 28.7, while deaths among fully vaccinated individuals with one additional dose were 109.3. Deaths among those with two or more additional doses averaged 46.3. In examining the average over the two-and-a-half-month period, fully vaccinated individuals with one additional dose (three doses) experienced the highest weekly death rate at 81.87. This was followed by those with two or more additional doses (four or more doses) at 70.1. The unvaccinated group had the lowest average, at 21.67, during the same period. The findings come amid increasing warnings about the “boosters and mRNA injections in general. ***IVERMECTIN*** Osteosarcoma is the most frequent malignant bone malignancy and the current treatments are ineffective. Ivermectin, an anti-protozoal drug, has been shown to have anti-cancer activity. This work investigated the potential of repurposing ivermectin to augment chemotherapy’s efficacy in osteosarcoma. Methods Proliferation, migration and apoptosis assays were performed in ivermectin-treated osteosarcoma cells. Combination studies were performed. Osteosarcoma xenograft mouse model was established to investigate the in vivo efficacy of ivermectin. Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial superoxide, membrane potential, ATP, 8-OHdG level, protein carbonylation and lipid peroxidation were determined after ivermectin treatment. Results Ivermectin was effective and acted synergistically with doxorubicin in osteosarcoma cells regardless of cellular origin and genetic profiling. This was achieved through suppressing inhibiting growth and migration, and inducing caspase-dependent apoptosis. Ivermectin also significantly inhibited osteosarcoma growth in vivo and its combination with doxorubicin resulted in much greater efficacy than doxorubicin alone. Importantly, the effective dose of ivermectin was clinically feasible and did not cause significant toxicity in mice. Mechanistical analysis showed that ivermectin induced oxidative stress and damage, and mitochondrial dysfunction. Conclusions Our findings indicate that ivermectin has utility in treating patients with osteosarcoma, especially those resistant to chemotherapy. Introduction Osteosarcoma is the bone tumor that predominantly affects children and young adults.1 The clinical management of osteosarcoma includes surgical resection and chemotherapy which has remained essentially unchanged over the past 3 decades.2 Chemotherapy is comprised of cisplatin, doxorubicin, methotrexate and ifosfamide with limited effectiveness particularly in patients with metastatic disease and their poor survival rate is <30%.3 New treatment options are required to improve the clinical outcomes of osteosarcoma. Given the high attrition rates and substantial costs of new drug discovery and development, drug repurposing that identifies new uses for approved drugs is an alternative therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment due to their known pharmacokinetics profiling.4 Substantial evidence has shown that ivermectin, a broad anti-parasitic drug, is a candidate for repurposing as an anticancer drug.5 Preclinical studies show that ivermectin inhibits breast cancer growth by stimulating cytostatic macroautophagy/autophagy;6sensitizes ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin by suppressing Akt/mTOR signaling pathway;7induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of HeLa cells via mitochondrial pathway;8selectively induces apoptosis in chronic myeloid leukemia through inducing mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress;9 and induces autophagy-mediated cell death in glioma cells.10 Of note, ivermectin is an inhibitor of cancer stem-like cells which represent a reservoir of disease and potential source of recurrence and relapse11 and tumor angiogenesis which is required for tumor progression.12 However, little is known on the effects of ivermectin in osteosarcoma. The aim of this study was to investigate the potential of repurposing ivermectin for the treatment of osteosarcoma. We assessed the efficacy of ivermectin alone and its combination with chemotherapeutic drug in multiple pre-clinical osteosarcoma models, and analysed the underlying mechanisms.

@MakisMD The side effect from those high doses are nothing compared to the side effects from chemo. Some of the chemo side effects are irreversible, as opposed to ivermectin and fen ben - when you stop those or scale back, the side effects diminish. Keep up the great work Doctor Makis

The human studies are in the hundreds of Testimonials that Dr. Makis shares. The FDA does not pursue human studies because there is no money to be made on them. They will not spend millions of dollars on a medicine where the patent has already ran out. That is just my perspective on an already corrupt system.

My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in August of 2024. She started treatment in September and completed Induction and two rounds of consolidation. The second round of consolidation really wiped her out. Multiple viruses, fungal infections and chronic febrile neutropenia. Treatment is on hold now while her counts recover. She's been in remission since completion of induction and driver mutation is no longer present. I have started communication with Dr. Makis to see what his thought are but all I know is the CHEMO is a nightmare, and watching your child suffer is the worst feeling in the world. @drmakis God bless anyone who is going through this. I've been doing a ton of research on Ivermectin and Fenbendazole and believe it works wonders, not just on parasites. I bought the horse paste (which is the same as pills), and take an eraser size dosage every other day. This is what I feel thus far: 1. Got rid of my prostatitis and frequent urination. I used to go to the bathroom at least 3x a night. Now I go 1x (at most). 2. I also feel more energy. I used to nap during the day, now I don't feel the need. I've only been doing this for two weeks. TBC FYI the eraser size dosage is approximately 2 MG.

She uses the paste and takes a dime size amount every day. Not sure what that means. dose wise but it seems to be working. this stuff should be available without a prescription.
