Completely agree @radical_referee. If you think consistency is the measure of expert officiating you are living in the 80's. Great paper by Seth Bordner (2019) on the human element of officiating

@gmaccoach Always love talking everything refereeing. Glad you found the paper interesting. Feel free to DM if you have got something particular in mind. Referee decision-making priorities are broad and what constitutes an 'accurate' decision in itself, is worthy of much discussion.
