Scout Hughes, 2023 @JHSNolaBaseball CF/RHP, can hit Leadoff, runs a 6.7, covers an entire football field in CF, and can shove on the mound. 3/4 arm slot with high vertical break = barrels miss under. Add in the Slider and @ScoutHughes2 is somebody you want on your team!
