@ICICIBank_Care apparently your SG Road - Ahmedabad branch isnt willing to open a SSY account without opening a seperate savings account for the minor, despite having savings account of parent in the same branch. 1/3

They have done this to many people. Let's raise voice. @ICICIBank_Care, in reality there is no care. Today I went to their Galiakot Branch, they refused to open account, and humiliated me. I wanted to complaint, but where?.

Worst Customer Service from @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care . I was trying to contact customer care from last 2 hrs for a fraud transaction but no luck. What a good service from a reputed bank. I have an Icici account from last 10yrs
