@drsmithy @DrCameronMurray When a candidate has 70% (or over 3200) more votes than the next person, there is clear indication the majority of the people in the area want that person. They shouldn't be leading by just over 100 votes.

Preferential voting is one of the few things in the Australian electoral system that helps minor parties.
I have no idea why people keep claiming the opposite like this.

@THEYLOVELLK If the lottery starts with Pels at 8th best odds, we'd get pick 9 if the 9th, 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th won a top 4 pick in the lottery. Would be Pick 10 if 2 of them jump up etc.
(assuming Bucks will have 10th lottery spot in this example).

Hot take: I think the term "gatekeeping" is just a term used for people who are just too lazy to explore music. There isnt really any gate keeping you from finding new bands lol. You just need to go do it.
Ive also never really ever seen any example of real gatekeeping lol.

i feel like 90% of the time when i hear people whining about “gatekeeping” the gate is wide open they’re being actively encouraged to come inside but stepping through the actual gate is too much effort, they really just want you to validate them that standing outside still counts

Yeah this was amazing! Very bouncy in the same way as Unprocessed but with really catchy choruses. Had I not been sleeping on this release it would have been in the top 10-15 range of albums from last year.
