Depending on the time of day, my mental state and level of intoxication, 128 bpm either sounds like 138 bpm or 118 bpm and nothing in between

@ThysMusic @AmonTobinHQ I believe the same. We do things for example we make music because it gives us a meaning in our own individual lives, because meaning is a very individual and personal thing. It's different for everyone. We just exist, we create meaning for ourselves.

During a Q&A on Instagram @AmonTobinHQ got asked about the meaning of life and deferred the question to me. I don't think life has meaning. But it can be meaningful. Maybe the distinction between meaning and meaningfulness is splitting semantic hairs? Anyway here's my answer:
