Not sure it's exactly what you're after, but we go deeper on mobile and web products there and are organised around user flow videos

For SaaS products I follow @saasshots and for mobile screenshots I follow @ScreenlaneHQ, but I wish there was something more substantial in this area.
I'd pay money for a video series where someone does a deep dive on a product's design once a week.

If you want to get better at visual design it's important to soak yourself in it.
