For many years I’ve focused on the negatives of my town, always thinking that one day I’ll leave. Then on my evening walk yesterday (after weeks of a steady meditation practice + gratitude affirmations) I suddenly saw the beauty & it struck me: I'm where I’m supposed to be 🙏❤️

I've had a rough week, and yesterday was dark. I left some tweets in despair and logged out. Woke up this morning in a lighter mood after a good night's sleep. Logged in to X just now & was met with so much love & care! You're amazing, thank you so much!🩵🩵🩵

I’ve reached my breaking point and the heart ache of my nana passing has made me realize I need to be better especially for my kids. Checking my self into rehab for my alcoholism.

There’s no “God” who sends us to hell for having wrong beliefs but there is karma and consequences for evil behavior. Every action comes back to us. Haters will suffer from their hate no matter how virtuous they believe to be. Elohim can also change our paths to learn a lesson.

i regret to inform you that personal growth rarely comes from acquiring new knowledge and almost always from: • getting humiliated • showing up terrified and doing it anyway • admitting you might be the problem
