@KirkTousaw Will definitely create a secondary market for those 25 licences and guarantee that any mom-and-pop's who luck out in the lottery get bought out. This will ensure that the large operators get a foothold.

ON #cannabis retail lottery is just a terrible plan. Only 25 licenses? Toronto alone needs 100 stores. I guess it’s named correctly though - win that lottery and you can likely sell the license for several million dollars. #yikes
