Really not fond of how suddenly people are switching up on Oshii GITS cause of Saru and vise versa. A great new manga adaptation coming out should not suddenly devalue one of the best anime film series, at the same time painting the Saru adaptation as “childish” is equally nuts.

@medicinesellers I'm not going to use the term "larpers" but I think most of these people just post about whatever is trendy and GitS is currently the flavor of the month. I doubt they will even finish watching the show tbh.

I really do wonder what is going to happen to all of these people when the anime gets towards its conclusion and Major starts acting exactly like she does in the Oshii movies
