I bought my first, well I say I bought, I burrowed heavily, worked two jobs and saved every penny I could squeeze out of my salary to get a 6.25% mortgage for a 1 bedroom flat. I walked almost every where, and became a social misfit just so I can have a place. Across the street from me where council houses and few Council Flat. The people who lived there had two cars, nothing amazing mind you, but it was a car that took you from A to B. Both parents were on benefits and three kids that went to local school. Still paying off the loans and Mortgage which will never be paid off in my life time and now pay 40% tax which I am sure our Labour government will tax us more. If I leave the house to my girls, the place will get hit by all sort of taxation which litrally means I am leaving debts to my kids. Trying to figure out how coming off the boat and getting everything done for you, is fair to us

I pay the highest rate of tax I'm 40. I can't buy a house I scrape to even pay London rent The state gives me NOTHING Yet new arrivals get social housing, child benefits, don't work, and thank me by burning buses and trashing the place. And on top of it all, for the tens of thousands I put into the system every year, the hundreds of thousands I have paid over the course of my life - - I'm not even allowed to talk about it. I am gagged. I'm ignored. And yet, year after year, they turn to people like me to keep shelling out I'm done
