I meeeeean, I had a 3 day weekend, so today is still technically the weekend for me! Last tweet was totally not a lie! Pokemon Scarlet is back today. Happy 2023 everyone!

Gonna take today to recharge and prepare for a chaotic week at work. Pokemon Scarlet will be back this weekend at the latest. Have a great rest of your year everyone!

I'ma keep it 100% with you guys, Street Fighter 6 beta is tomorrow and this weekend and there's no way I'm gonna be able to pull myself away from that to record Pokemon. I got an episode pre-made for tomorrow, but after that we'll be back at it on Monday!

Nooo, apparently I goofed and scheduled yesterday's Pokemon Scarlet episode to go up today. I already have the one that was meant to go up today done, too. RIP my streak, ah well!

@Pixelmusement I can't say for sure what went wrong, but my guess is that L:A benefited greatly from being "open", but really separated across a few maps. Scarlet / Violet are pretty much all one giant map, and I think that somewhere in the pipeline is just getting slammed because of that.

@Scykoh I am a LITTLE surprised by all the bugs I've been hearing about though as my initial impressions is that it's running the same engine as Legends: Arceus and that game was pretty solid by comparison. :o Alas, not gonna be able to try it myself for a month or so yet. :P

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are kinda scuffed, and I actually love that about them. I really enjoy playing video games in a way the developers didn't intend, and scuffed games are like a playground for that.

@BevelsBeliefs Yeah, the frame drops are a bummer for sure. But, when I see compilations of glitchy stuff I don't think "wow, what a crud game" I think "yooo, I want to try that!"

@Scykoh Agreed, I was cynical but with some patch work I think it’ll be a smoother experience. Thing is, I’ll always have a soft spot for Pokémon, Mario, and Zelda.

Hi all, long time no chat! Just been doing my thing and enjoying life, but dang I've been itching to make Pokemon videos. The Nuzlocke, I'm glad we tried, but it turns out finding a few hour chunk of time to stream has been harder than expected.

No stream today my dudes, recovering from a cold and I'm in that every 2 seconds of talking includes 5 seconds of coughing phase. Gonna spend the day building a fort in my living room and watching Pokemon movies instead.
