@SddRambo @heavensbvnny therapy + some amount of time on lexapro (now off for the last 8 months) virtually cured me of my anxiety disorder. I still get anxious at times, sure, everyone does. but I don't need to flake social events anymore because my brain got confused and made me feel like I was dying.

@gym_onchain Sure I guess but if it’s too heavy for you then you use bad form and increase likelihood of injury and being out of the gym for longer.

@whoistife_x Was in a car wreck and unable to workout for 3.5months. Back at it and I feel extra strong, only thing really affected was my cardio. 9min mile is now 11min which I’m sure will get better with time.
