@SeaChoice , a Canadian environmental advocacy group, published a report on the failure of major Canadian retailers to address the risk of human rights abuses in their supply chains, citing the Outlaw Ocean Project investigation. Many of the retailers addressed in the report had their seafood supply chains connected back to Chinese seafood companies and ships with a track record of environmental and human rights concerns in the Outlaw Ocean Project's China series. SeaChoice has also launched a campaign to urge major Canadian grocers to do their due diligence to keep products tied to human rights and environmental crimes off their shelves. seachoice.org/wp-content/upl…
