🌿🌞 Celebrating #OutdoorClassroomDay 🔥 Y1 explored history with a Guy Fawkes-themed day and their own "Guy" for a bonfire! 🌱 Y4 studied classification outdoors. Y2 - maths. 👶 EYFS spent a full day in our outdoor classroom. 🏞️ Y5 had an amazing day of teamwork in Keswick.

I think frequently of something my smart librarian friend once said — if school libraries didn’t work, private schools wouldn’t pay for them. A lack of a funded school library for every school and the cutting of libraries around the country is such a factor here.

🏆 Seaburn Dene has lifted the Leadgate Eden Colliery Cup, becoming Durham champions. A 3-0 win v hosts Ouston, a 2-2 draw v St Cuthberts RC, and a win v Langley Park 3-0! 💪⚽ secured silverware last night.🙌 It's the 2nd time in 3 years we've lifted the cup.#TeamSeaburnDene
