Our ECITB Wind Turbine Technician scholars from @NESCollege had an incredible opportunity to visit the Seagreen site in Montrose, Scotland’s biggest and deepest fixed-bottom offshore wind farm. They also enjoyed a walk-around tour of the Brint Enabler SOV, joined by Michele Burnett and Leann Tait from NESCol. Many thanks to Pauline Allison (SSE Renewables) and the VESTAS team for allowing our scholars to see offshore wind in action and connect their training to real-world operations.
