If trying out, you need to register online by going to the Athletics page for Seaholm. On the main page, there is a section at the top that says “Fall Sport Dates and Registration”. Click link and complete. A physical is also required to tryout!

LAST OPEN GYMS: Friday (7|21): 5-7:30 PM Tuesday (7|25): 5:30-7:30 PM Thursday (7|27): 6-8 PM Friday (7|28): 5-7:30 PM All grades can attend, arrive 20 minutes before open gym starts!!
