@bucsraiseit It was a bad look no matter who the coaches were, but be honest, an old white dude screaming at a woman of color is bad optics. Especially when he is the face of the program and the university. I’m betting the administration and alumni did not like the look.

@DanWolken @YahooSports I don’t know if it rose to the level of Woody Hayes, but in the transfer portal era of college hoops, these coaches are the face of the franchise. If Geno was pissed about getting blown off during the pregame meet-up, fine, but dude gotta know there are cameras everywhere.

Geno Auriemma came far closer to a Woody Hayes moment Friday night than anyone should be comfortable with.
It was a warning sign. And hopefully there are people in his life who will tell him the truth.

@bucsraiseit These guys are the face of these programs. Geno was the story last night (the altercation with Dawn Staley after the game was all anyone talked about, not the outcome of the game) and Hurley just can’t help himself. Objectively, he’s kind of a douche. Both men look so small.

I do not like Danny Hurley.
But I will say I admire that he has really embraced the “heel” mentality…actively egging on the crowd like Ric Flair in his prime.

@DuqDukes2012 @AustinRBechtold I assume that you are referring to the easterly section of Gold Lot 1 on the northerly side of West General Robinson. Relative to where the draft stage will be, there are trees and other obstructions as well as the parking garage. Same with Gold Lot 2.
