Have to say I'm fairly underwhelmed at Taylor getting the job permanently but I can see the logic if the big talk is sustainability and promoting youth. Will certainly get behind the team and get to as many games as I can, up the City, glad Dan Green is staying too #ecfc

@SeanHooper123 Cummins and James didn’t play under Caldwell because JDH, Fitzwater, Turns etc were all available

I know it's injury enforced but Bycroft has done really well since he's come in for Whitworth, has to be our number one next season! Also have to wonder why GC didn't fancy Ed James & Charlie Cummins, both have looked decent in the last few games #ecfc

Really can't believe we've managed to fall so badly out of form at the most crucial point of the season, especially since our last win dates back to a week or two before GC left! I'd be absolutely amazed if we stay up now, which didn't even cross my mind when Gary left #ecfc

@M14Moore I was always amazed that Gary never gave him a decent chance, especially given he ended up going there! Clearly shows he was at least worth a stint as number one at some point

@Justom29 Think there is always a point with any decent fan where giggling at the rivals mis-fortunes actually turns to "steady on,that's a bit harsh". I always wanted Watford to do better than Luton but they had a points deduction which was ridiculous

EFL want to give Sheffield Wednesday a 15 point deduction next season, a transfer ban, and a 7k wage cap. On top of the 18 point deduction this season. The former owner isn't even still involved 🤯 Chelsea and Man City have currently had no charges enforced... Corrupt #swfc
