Did You Know that in 1943, Real Madrid defeated FC Barcelona by a score of 11 to 1. The problem wasn't with just the football game. It has been said that during Francisco Franco's era, the Barça players were threatened in some way before the game. From leading 3, 0… to being crushed 11, 1. Politics. Pressure. Power. The biggest controversial El Clásico ever. Can football really be the reason for this one? 👀

🚨🎖| 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: Injury updates for Barcelona players — • Balde and Kounde are expected to RETURN after the international break for the league match against Atléti. • Frenkie de Jong's participation in that match is less certain. All three are in the final stages of their recovery. [@ffpolo] #fcblive 💪

A friend called me today which got me thinking hard. Before the Iran war, I was spending about A$120–130 per week on petrol. Now, during the crisis, I’m spending roughly A$80–90 every 3 days, which is honestly crazy. To be fair, my car uses premium fuel and not the usual, so that makes it even worse. With the global oil situation, especially the disruption around the Middle East, fuel prices have surged worldwide, and Australia has been hit hard just like most countries because we import most of our fuel. The Australian gov’t has now decided to halve the fuel excise for 3 months, which should reduce prices, and this is without even having a major refinery like Dangote. But this situation makes me think about Nigeria. Nigeria is one of the top oil producing countries in the world and now even has a major refinery, yet the gov’t can’t come out with similar measures to ease the burden on its people. At the same time, the minimum wage is extremely low, roughly ₦30,000 to ₦70,000 per month, which is about A$30 to A$70 depending on exchange rates. That is an hour’s pay in Australia for some, making fuel increasingly unaffordable for everyday people. It is frustrating because a country with so much oil wealth should not have citizens struggling this much just to afford basic things like fuel, which directly affects other everyday commodities. I have so much anger for these very corrupt African leaders who are not just wicked but completely heartless, only focused on what they can take for themselves rather than the legacy they leave behind or what people will say about them when they are gone. May God help us.

Imagine the doors we could have walked through if we trusted our intuition more than our insecurities. The fear of risk. Good morning..

We easily forget things as a country. I understand that if you are unemployed you can setup a business and earn some monies. However, nobody would want to spend millions of cedis to go to school and come and sell indomie. The social media noise: Election 2020 wasn’t just won on grounds. Social media had a great impact in the election. It was this same noise that made it happen. No problem, we will setup businesses but could you also kindly help us with funds. I believe that will help @fx_sosu
