@SeanOConnor97 @EPISTEM_UL @ettaireland @Area2ETTA This is a great activity, especially when pared with looking at the relevant @iFixit guide. I tend to find the older the product, the more students can comprehend - when you can see a resistor with coloured bands, not something that looks like a speck of dust!

Last week I made a few disassembly boards, from old electronics, to promote active engagement from students during a lecture on sustainable design and product life-cycle. Might also be a beneficial idea for practising STEM educators. @EPISTEM_UL @ettaireland @Area2ETTA

@microbit_edu @Kitronik The beauty of the micro:bit is its simplicity when desired. Some basic block coding is used to read the EMG sensor value on pin O and then a response from the servos over a defined value.
