@GeezaColeman @ipaddockapps @peterdnewman Looks like brands haven't settled on a frequency as well looking at a GRDC article(grdc.com.au/__data/assets/…) but all low frequency so a simple mosfet driver driven by pwm from the rpi should hopefully be able to get started and just set the duty cycle to 95% for full rate.

@ipaddockapps @peterdnewman That's a really good point - you probably could. I'm not familiar with how they are wired. Even if it's on/off. Any spare ones lying around/ know the part numbers? Could be cool to take one apart. A diode/switch might let you tap into it & run it on top of the normal controls.
