Our latest work on the #microbiome and #ibd looks at 286 patient biopsies with shotgun metagenomics, host transcriptomics and over 6000 cultured isolates to identify site-specific bacterial clades (rather than taxonomy) associated with disease. @Hudson_Research @CiiiD_Hudson
