@hustlin_heev It’s been trash since it started — the problem when people don’t know what mass spam articles + a shitty PBN are

@kristakdoyle It’s the SEO industry through and through. They hate Google but then listen to everything they say if it proves them *right* … sigh

I don’t understand why it seems like we aren’t allowed to have nuance and acknowledge that SEO best practices influence AI search while also acknowledging that AI search is, at the same time, a completely different animal in other ways and we should be seeking to understand it as it evolves. Why the weird dogmatism toward SEOs who also use terms like GEO/AEO? Feels very short-sighted.

I have this habit of depriving myself of things to protect future me. it's a weird quirk of having an anxiety disorder that i don't think many people understand. it's like i'm constantly worried about 2, 5, 10yrs from now instead of joying today, tomorrow + next week. sad sometimes.

building a business really is having the balls to be told no 1000x a week + still believing you can make it

@KinggTrades @yonann interesting... so even w/ those ads not being used, the high performers get a better ROAS? do you pause/delete the non-performers? i've always paused them + replaced with new creatives similar to the winning ads

@SearchForRyan @yonann For some reason it works. I have 12 ads running in my scaling campaign, and there’s a couple that get most of the spend, but my ROAS is insane ever since I bumped up the number of creatives

Alex Hormozi reacts to a founder trying to go from $150K a month to $15M a month with 5 ads a week Caller: "We’re making $150K a month and want to get to $15M a month, but we’re only making 5 new ads a week" Alex: "We’re putting out 250 per day, We’re at 1,500 per week and you’re at 5" "Ads need to go from 5 a week to 100 as a baseline, and I’d want you spending $5K a day. Right now you’re spending $1.3K"

@jimjannuzzio Definitely a grind in this range. Currently in it for the second time + focusing on the big plays to get us out of it

I saw a post by Hormozi talking about the $1M to $3M range being a swamp. I think most people misunderstand why it’s so hard to get out of it. We lived this from 2021 to 2023, and it wasn’t one big move that changed everything. It was staying in the game long enough to let a few small, unsexy things compound. We weren’t profitable in the way people think, and the goal was simple. Get cash in the door, even if it means operating close to break even, because cash flow buys you time, and time is what most operators run out of. We got our first real client by making it an easy ‘yes’. We gave away more than we should’ve, did a great job, and used that to build a reputation. That turned into referrals, which turned into volume, and that volume gave us leverage with carriers. Better rates, better terms, and eventually better margins. At the same time, we stopped hiding behind a screen. We went to New York, closed a client, went back the next week, and then again after that. People want to work with people. Trust gets built in person. There’s no shortcut out of that range. You buy time with cash flow, build reputation through execution, and create leverage through volume. People looking for a single lever will find out the hard way that it doesn’t exist.

I saw this guy called Harry Gunter on Tiktok today... He recently bought a custom Lambo SVJ The comments on all his videos are: "is it even a real SVJ" I want to make one thing very clear. He has more money than 99% of you will ever see in a lifetime. His car is worth your house whether it's an SVJ or not. Mindsets like that are the reason you're still poor.

We broke through $1.2M/yr last month and… nothing changed for me mentally. I chased $100k/mrr forever. Thinking it would make me a legit entrepreneur. I don’t make the same money I used to (personal income) building a business that I want to sell w/ co-founders. I think about going solo again some days. Just because I want more money. But I’ve spent the last 5yrs trying to find a great team to build with, and now I have it. Sacrificing short term > long term exit plans.

@DanielSmidstrup 100% if you do it in a delicate and personalised way. Hammering the wrong audience with a shitty offer = dead in the water.

@SearchForRyan Maybe we're bringing them back to life after a decline due to improper practices. Proper context makes a big difference. Much love ♥️
