@Sears have been waiting for parts to fix my Fridge for 3 weeks. The parts come in and have had to reschedule my appointment 3 times because the technicians are NOT showing up… no calls… no text. Why is that ? Horrible, Horrible customer service experience

@Sears appliance insurance is delaying the repairing or reimburse of my damage refrigerator. Calling and working with call operator. Sending messages and emails to parts and no knowledge of anything . All of this since April 18, 2924. Could you or anybody really help?

I will never buy another @Sears appliance. A warrantied part on a 5-yr old fridge fails and they charge me $700 labor on a 2 hr repair. And of course, the service tech is always an hour past the 4 hr window I was required to allot to their arrival. We work too!

@Sears your warranty is horrible. I pay monthly on time. I pay the deductible. The tech doesn't show up on the day scheduled and now nobody can come for 5 days. I am out all the food in the refrigerator and am told SORRY. I did all I was required and was told F off. Thanks

@Sears Honestly, you must hate me and my business. It has been more than a month and I still haven't heard of a resolution for my guarantee issue other than having to wait more time for resolution. This is unacceptable! I guess the customer isn't important to you.

@mylittlebeaches @enbridgegas I was billed $655.88 by Sears when they came out to clear my dryer vent. It turns out they auto billed me for a warranty plan. It has taken me 3 weeks of work to find out from Sears what was happening. I canceled all services once I talked to someone. @sears
